Here at LCM HQ we love discovering new artists and music, and we often receive great recommendations. A few of our friends highly recommended our next LCM featured artist LA singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers. Her producer Ryan Adams once described her as 'a musical unicorn' comparing Phoebe to Bob Dylan. You will also be please to know that Phoebe is coming to the UK in May on tour with her #London date at the Islington Assembly Halls on the 23rd May. Last September she released her wonderful debut album 'Stranger In The Alps' via Dead Oceans produced by Tony Berg and Ethan Gruska. Our LCM 'Song Of The Day' is one of the lead singles, the breezy mid-tempo pop-rock 'Motion Sickness'. The whole album is well worth checking out. 

Phoebe is a graduate of Los Angeles County High School for the Arts where she studied vocal jazz.In 2014 she was featured in a commercial for the Apple iPhone singing a cover of 'Gigantic' by the Pixies. Phoebe's song 'Safe At Home' was also featured on season 3 episode 5 of the ABC Family show Switched At Birth and Season 3 episode 17 of the show featured her song 'Ask Me To/Steamroller.' Her song "Georgia" was featured on season 8 episode 2 of the ABC show 'Castle'.
