Flowers - Patch & The Giant
Our next LCM featured artists are a super live London band, Patch & The Giant. They will be releasing their debut album in February next year, the brilliantly titled '‘All That We Had, We Stole’ (which you can pre-order now). Our LCM #TrackOfTheDay is their new single 'Flowers' which is out this Friday. If you would like a great night of music P&TG are supporting We Used To Make Things at their album launch on the 30th September in London. One you don't want to miss.
“Flowers is a song about the yearning for one’s home, the feeling of detachment when you’re far away and the overall place it continues to occupy in all of us, no matter where we are.” – Patch & The Giant
Patch & The Giant are an infectious five piece London Indie band featuring Luke Owen (lead vocals, guitar, mandolin),
Angie Rance (trumpet, flugelhorn, accordion, piano, vocals, harmonica), Gabriel Merryfield (violin), Nick Edward Harris (bass guitar, percussion, harmonica, vocals) and Derek Yau (cello, double bass). They are planning a UK headline tour to support the album as well, so please catch them on the road next year. If you are lucky you just might catch Angie uniquely playing the trumpet and accordion at the same time.
