LCM Song Of The Day: ‘Wander’ - Edgelarks

Our LCM featured track today is the latest single from the excellent multi-award winning folk duo Phil and Hannah better known by Edgelarks. It’s taken from their new album ‘Feather’ released in May and showcases their wonderful songwriting, Hannah’s vocals and Phil’s trademark ‘beat-box’ harmonica playing.

It a song about accents, and the creeping homogenisation of the modern world; about the shapes of lives formed by capitalism, removed from the land; about how home should be defined by the work you put into building it, not by chance of birth place. A song of belonging and of welcome.
